After investigating we found that a repair on the wall hydrant was not possible. We had to take down a couple of areas of lattice on the back porch and move a large garden bed in order to crawl under the add on and finally make it to an access which is on the far side of the house from the repair. We installed the new wall hydrant and tested for problems operation. New hydrant and repair are leak free and working properly. Paid with check
