With each interaction that began with a phone call with Sissy for scheduling through completion of the jobs, they have been as professional and helpful as one could possibly want. Sissy is always pleasant and helpful. David and Drew always go above and beyond to help meet my plumbing needs. They have both demonstrated intelligence and skill at solving problems. Very appreciative of the company quickly meeting my plumbing needs. Whereas a couple of other companies made no effort to do so, Linn's fit me into their schedule. Both Robert and David arrived with the necessary parts and equipment to get the jobs done right (where another company had to go into town to get even regular parts), and they spent the time to answer my questions. Our hot water heater was flushed yesterday. David & Brock, after dealing with a blowout and high temperatures, got right to the job. They were very efficient and even took the time to educate me about some maintenance tasks. Both men were very professional and personable. I really enjoyed their service call. I have recently been renovating my home. I investigated online plumbers and seen good reviews for Linn's Plumbing. David and Brock responded after I called. They installed my new vanity, washer dryer, fixed my clogged shower line. Super friendly employees. Never treated me rude. Very professionl and clean. I felt very safe. I signed up for the plumbing system inspection to be on the priority list of customers because the work Linn's did for me showed very trust worthy. I received a reference from my heat/air vendor (Velocity Heat & Air) about Linns Plumbing for a leaking tankless water heater & a future kitchen project at my Headstart center. The service tech (David) arrived when scheduled & immediately assessed my leak situation & fixed it. And then assessed my future kitchen plumbing needs all while explaining every step & recommended procedures, for the task I will be needing. The hot water heater at my parents’ house started leaking mid afternoon, and they had no hot water. I called Linn’s Plumbing, and David was here in less than 15 minutes and identified the problem. Because he was already in the middle of another job, Robert came out with the new hot water heater. He installed it that afternoon, and my parents had their hot water restored by that evening. We’ve been using Linn’s plumbing for the last two years for our fixer upper. We always ask for David as he is very knowledgeable , prompt, courteous and honest. Great communication! When I saw the reviews on Google I felt I needed to give them a call. I was glad I did, David F. showed and thought me a lot about my water heater issues. He went above and beyond in communication and when he said he would be here at a certain time he did. David fixed my water heater issue and installed the correct part for the unit. He also showed how to properly use my softner as well and got me setup with a good filter. Thank you for helping me out with my heater issues and saving us from having to get a new unit. I'll definitely be using Linn's Plumbing for now on.

My main sewer line stopped draining so I called them up and they had a plumber out that afternoon. Daivd was my technician and we was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to discover that I had an issue with the main line being clogged with dirt. He was unable to fix it due to the dirt in the line, but it wasn't from a lack of trying that is for sure. He came up with some quotes on what it would take to fix the problem and we went from there. If you have a plumbing issue call Linn's and ask for David. You won't be disappointed.

We had an unexpected sprinkler system leak on a sunday. I was able to reach someone, Ginny, and after some conversation it was decided it could wait until Monday. The technician, David Ford, called ahead and arrived on time. He assessed the leak and after discussion with my wife he left and after she found a new sprinkler head, he came back and installed it. We are so appreciative.

Linn’s Plumbing is known for their great work. We remodeled an older house and used Linn’s for several projects. The cherry on top for me is the manners of the Technicians, wearing shoe protectors in my house as to not track mud, yes ma’am, no ma’am, of course we can ma’am. I feel comfortable with them in my home when I’m not there and so do my two big dogs, which says A LOT because they are typically not the most friendly lol. Great company, great people, great work. Linn's Plumbing send Danny and Dru to install a new gas line to my future museum building on Main Street in Stroud. Previously, David and one other person (sorry I forget his name) were sent to install new interior pluming and gas lines for the building's bathrooms and kitchen. I'm very impressed by all the work they've done! Getting that one gas line to feed the building, the Generac generator, and the roof top HVAC machine could not have been easy. And turning one bathroom into a combo bathroom / laundry room wasn't simple either. Also have to mention Ginny keeping track of all the work. Great communication all around! I highly recommend Linn's Plumbing.
